Help with the Hydraulic Connections apps: HC Hose Assembly and HC Crimp Specs.

HC Hose Assembly

I can't log in. Your username is your email (if you asked for your own login) or your company's Hydraulic Connections customer code, and your password is the one you chose or we gave you. On the login page, tap I forgot my password and enter your email or customer code. We'll be told and will get you a new one.

I want my own login. On the login page tap Request an account, enter your company's customer code, your name, your email and a password. Hydraulic Connections reviews every request; you can log in once it is approved.

I want to change my password. On the login page tap Change my password, or use the link at the top of the app after you log in.

Prices look wrong or say "not confirmed". Prices come from our live price list. If one can't be confirmed, call us.

The app says I need a connection. Hose Assembly needs an internet connection to log in and fetch prices.

HC Crimp Specs

Crimp Specs works with no signal and has no login. The date the specs were taken is shown inside the app. Call us if you need a newer copy.
